Spouse/partner and Dependent visa: Family visas can be applied for by anyone who is a family member of a person who is a British Citizen or settled person in the UK and a person who has asylum or humanitarian protection in the UK. You can apply if you are a spouse, civil partner (same-sex relationship), unmarried partner (with whom the family member has been living for at least two years), fiancé or proposed civil partner, other adult dependent relative or minor child (under 18). You must prove that you are 18 or over, unless you are applying as a child, your relationship to your family member is genuine and recognised in the UK, that is, your marriage is legal in your country, you intend to continue living with your family member or partner int he UK after you apply (unless you’re a parent who has access to the child), you and your family will have an adequate place to live int he UK, you have a good knowledge of English if you’re 18 or over (unless) you’re applying as an adult dependent relative.
If you are seeking to enter the UK on the basis of your relationship with a UK national you must apply for entry clearance before coming to the UK. If you are applying from inside the UK you must have leave to remain in the UK on a visa that is valid for six months at the time you apply. You cannot switch to a spouse visa if you are already in the UK and were initially admitted for a period of less than six months – for example, if you were initially admitted entry as a visitor or prospective student.

ENTRY CLEARANCE/LEAVE TO ENTER OR REMAIN

Visitor visa: If you need help getting a visit visa to meet your family or friends or to tour the UK. We can guide you through especially if you have been faced with refusal. We will check if visitor’s visa is right for you, we will prepare the documents and fill the application form, we will help you through UK border
Student Visa: The UK Student Visa application process requires an individual to have an offer from a registered UK university, school or educational facility. A person can apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa if they want to study in the UK for a period longer than six months. In this case, the Home Office applies a points-based-system to assess eligibility. A Tier 4 Visa allows a person to study for a specified course length and allows them to bring a partner or children with them to the UK during their studies. If the Student Visa application is successful, they generally are permitted to remain in the UK for the full length of your course for a short time after. After this stage, they will need to leave the UK unless they have applied to extend their stay or switch to another immigration category.
Work visa: We can assist with business visas and working visas (Point Based System applications). We can assist with extensions of your stay, whatever type of visa or leave to remain you have.
Extension of leave: If you are in the UK with limited leave to remain in certain category and you wish to continue to reside here, you must make an application to extend your limited leave before your current leave to remain expires. We can point you in the best possible direction. Visa extensions can vary depending on the application that an applicant needs to make, and in the case of Work Permit extension such application must be made by the employer

SETTLEMENT & CITIZENSHIP

Settlement status: After you have lived legally in the UK for a certain length of time or on different visa categories you maybe able to apply for permission to settle here.If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. If your application is successful, you’ll get either settled or pre-settled status.
British Citizenship: You may be able to apply for citizenship by ‘naturalisation’, depending on your situation. If you’re eligible in more than one way you can choose which way to apply.
1)Indefinite leave to remain.
2)Settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
3)A permanent residence document to confirm you have permanent residence status.
